We have a reservation at Be Our Guest at 8:40 am. They told me were allowed to enter park as early as 8:00 am, my question is, will we be allowed to ride some rides for those 40 minutes before our reservation?

Hi, Sarita! Thanks for stopping by with another great question. I love being having an early breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant! We usually stop along Main Street, U.S.A., to have a Disney PhotoPass photographer snap some pictures of us before heading to Fantasyland. There are usually not a lot of guests milling about, so it's a great time to have practically perfect family pictures made.

The Cast Members usually do allow guests to enter the park a bit before their Advance Dining Reservation. However, whether you are able to experience attractions before your breakfast is going to depend on the park's regular hours for the day. If Magic Kingdom Park has a posted regular opening of 8:00 a.m. or earlier that day, then you will be able to hop aboard for a few rides before heading to the Beast's Castle. If Magic Kingdom Park is hosting Extra Magic Hours that morning and you are eligible as Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests to participate in this, then be our guest and take a spin or two. However, if you are not eligible for Extra Magic Hours or the regular posted opening time is 9:00 a.m., then you will have to wait until after your breakfast to go searching the diamond mine.

Thanks again, Sarita, for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your magical day!
