Hi, I have a reservation for 4 guest at the All Star Movies Resort, also we have 5 parks tickets for each, but now one of the guest is not able to go due to health issues, so I wanted to know how is the refund process for something like that?

Hi, Sergio! I am so sorry to hear about your friend's health and please send them our best wishes. I am also sorry to hear they will not be able to experience all of the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. Hopefully, they will be able to travel in the future and come experience a magical adventure here.

I am not sure what type of reservation you have made, so I will share with you a little information about the different options that you have. A Disney Resort Hotel Package can usually be modified up to 30 days before your date of check-in, so you will need to contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations as soon as possible. If you used a travel agent or vacation planner, then you will need to contact them to make all changes and they may possibly have even stricter rules on cancellations and modifications. Room-only reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before your check-in date. Disney Theme Park Tickets and Special Events Tickets purchased outside of a Disney Resort Hotel Package are non-refundable. Since there are some special circumstances in your case, I want to encourage you to contact Walt Disney World Resort Guest Services to see if maybe some extra pixie dust could be extended in relation to their tickets. If not, the tickets could be saved for a future trip. If that future trip falls outside the expiration date of the tickets, then the purchase price of them can be applied to a new ticket.

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question and please let us know if you have any others as you continue to plan your magical adventures!
