Disney family making s'mores by a campfire at fort wilderness campground

    I have a reservation for Fort Wilderness for tent camping. We would love to bring our pup. I read dogs are not permitted in tents. Is that in general with us present? We are not planning to go to the parks and leaving him alone.

    My family always visits the Fort with our two dogs, and they love it!  While you can bring your dogs with you if you are in an RV or staying at a Fort Wilderness cabin, the pet policy states that pets are not permitted in tents or pop-up campers. 

    There are so many great activities to do at the Fort. Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long is always a fun time. The Electrical Water Pageant is also a great activity at the end of the day. You can see the twinkling lights from the Fort Wilderness dock every night around 9 p.m.
