    I have a reservation for 7:45 on Feb 10 for California Grill is that to late to see the fireworks at 8 p.m. Don't mine showing up early if that would help get me in ? Can I just come for coffee and desert or do I need to order a full meal ?

    Definitely get there early. Because you have a reservation, you might be able to get in early. Even if you don't get a table, they should let you up to the restaurant level. After checking in you can watch from the observation deck while you wait for your table.

    But no, you can't just come for coffee. You do need to be coming for dinner.
