Howdy Ellie!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney, a group of the rootinest tootinest Disney vacation enthusiasts you will ever meet this side of
Disneyland Resort! I am so glad that you decided to bring your vacation question here, and it would be my pleasure to help lasso an answer for you.
Upon the reopening of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park, theme park capacity will be significantly limited to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. Park attendance is managed through a new
theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to obtain a park reservation for park entry in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required.
If you have already purchased theme park tickets and have them linked to your Disney account, you can make your theme park reservations on the new
theme park reservation system online! Select “Make Park Reservation” on the Theme Park Reservation page to get started. Please note that theme park reservations are currently available for visits around 60 days in advance. I also recommend that you check out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure the dates you want to visit the parks are available.
I hope this information helps you secure the theme park reservations you desire and that you have a magical time in
Disneyland Resort! Please remember that you’ve got a friend in us here at
planDisney, so stop back by any time we can round up some answers for you.
