    Have reservation and conf # for the DVC Night Time Safari @ AK on 9/13. We are having trouble linking this to MDE. Does it need to be linked, or can we just show them conf # to get in at 7:00 that night? Thank you!!

    Hi Lisa,

    I'm thrilled that you scored a coveted ticket to the Sold Out Disney Vacation Club Safari Spectacular! You must be so excited.

    DVC Members arriving at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for this limited access event will need to show a valid Membership ID as well as a photo ID for entrance into the theme park. This language in the event advertisement leads me to believe that there will be a system beyond the normal touch points at the entrance and that is perhaps why it isn't linking. I am confident that a quick visit to Guest Relations will have you squared away and enjoying the evening quickly and easily.

    If you still concerned that your Reservation number will not link to your My Disney Experience account, give the dedicated line for My Disney Experience Account issues a call at (407) 939-4357.
