Hi Alison,
Character dining meals at Disney World are one of my must-do experiences each time we visit. There is something so magical about your favorite Disney friends stopping by to say, "Hi" while you dine on delicious food.
Cinderella's Royal Table is one of the best character dining experiences because you feel like an honored guest at Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom.
You can make a reservation for dinner at Cinderella Castle up until the time Magic Kingdom closes for the day to guests who are not attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This is typically 7 PM but official dates and times have not yet been released for 2024. I recommend trying to snag one as close to 6 PM as possible so you can maximize your time in the theme park before it closes. Even if your dinner extends past 7 PM, you won't be rushed to finish and will simply be directed to the exits after your dinner ends.
Since you will have your evening free, this is a great time to check out some of the Disney resort hotels on the monorail line before you pack it up for the night. There are some great places for drinks, dessert, and shopping at each one of them. At
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, I love having a nightcap at the
Enchanted Rose and then heading outside to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the lake.
If you want something with more options for everyone in your crew, check out
Disney Springs for some of the best shopping and lots of fun activities for adults and kids. We love to roll over to
Splitsville Luxury Lanes for a game of pool or bowling. If you are looking for something a little more chill, check out the
Vintage Amphicar Tours which take you on a relaxing cruise through the lake in a vintage car!
Happy Planning,
Jenna
