Welcome to planDisney, Ashley! I'll be happy to assist you with your question.
Due to limited theme park capacity, attendance is being managed with the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. all Guests will need a reservation as well as
valid admission for theme park entry.
If your plans have changed and you would like to visit a different theme park than you originally reserved, you will need to cancel your current Disney Park Pass and then
make a new reservation. Be sure to check the
Disney Park Pass availability calendar before canceling to see if your desired park is available. Reservations are limited and availability may change before your selection is finalized.
Your original reservation can be canceled in your
My Disney Experience account. Under "My Plans", locate the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel and select "View Details". On the next screen you will see "Cancel This Reservation" just under the date. If using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the Disney Park Pass you need to cancel, then select the blue "X" cancel button.
If
Disney's Hollywood Studios is unavailable for your chosen date, keep checking back. Other Guests' plans change all the time and availability may change.
I hope that helps! Please stop by planDisney again with any additional questions you may have. Enjoy your visit!
