I have an 8:55p reservation for California Grill in November. Fireworks start at 8:00 that evening. Will I be able to go up and view the fireworks before being seated?

    Hello Kimberly,

California Grill is top on my list of fine culinary dining at Walt Disney World. With its sleek Contemporary decor, breathtaking panoramic views, and delectably delicious food and wine selections, Guests should make this a Must-Do for any special evening they wish to have at Walt Disney World. While Guests, with an Advance Dining Dinner Reservation at California Grill, are able to observe Magic Kingdom's Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, I recommend arriving early and enjoying a pre-beverage or appetizer at California Grill's bar. This will allow you a magical moment to take in the restaurant, the menu, the view and the fireworks before enjoying your meal. Simply, check in at the podium located on the 2nd floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort and let them know you would like to enjoy the fireworks prior. A Cast Member will then escort you up to the 15th floor in an elevator exclusively reserved for California Grill Guests.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
