We have a reservation to build lightsabers at Savi’s Workshop. The reservation is for 9:05 PM but the park shows it closes at 9. Will we still be able to go to our reservation?

Welcome to planDisney, Sarah!  We are glad you brought your question to us today.

Lucky you!  Some dining locations and experiences, such as Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers, offer post-park closing time slots.  I think this is the perfect time to visit Savi's!  You'll be able to extend your park day and spend the rest of your day enjoying all the other amazing attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios during regular operating hours.  Your 9:05 pm reservation will not be a problem at all.  In fact, you won't be the last group of the night to visit Savi's Workshop -- I know that reservations are even offered after 10:00 pm.  Once you have participated in the ritual of creating your lightsaber and becoming one with the Force under the direction of the Gatherers, take your time as you depart Batuu.  Snap a few photos on your way out, as you enjoy the atmosphere of a quieter planet.

Complimentary resort transportation will be running up to 90 minutes after park close, so you will not have a problem returning to your hotel.

I hope I have put your mind at ease!  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again.
