Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us your question about how to use all of this handy dandy technology to plan a Disney adventure! It sounds like you've already made some plans, and now you just want to see them so that you can get excited about all of the magic and fun you'll enjoy!
Whether you'd like to see a
dining,
Disney Park Pass, or
Disney Resorts Collection reservation, I'm happy to let you know that you'll find them all in the same place! You have two options for where to search for them...you may either log in to your account online and search under
"My Plans" within your My Disney Experience account or use the
My Disney Experience app. To see current-day plans in the app, you can click the three horizontal lines and select "My Genie Day," or if you'd like to see upcoming reservations, simply click "Future Plans."
If something is missing from your plans, Hakuna Matata...no worries! It likely just means that it hasn't yet been
linked to your My Disney Experience account. You'll be able to add any plans by clicking the most recent link above or selecting the three horizontal lines again in the app, then scrolling down until you see "Link to Account." If you have any trouble linking anything, please feel free to give the Walt Disney World internet help desk a call at (407) 939-7765. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
