We have an 8:45 reserv. for Pirates and Pals cruise. We also have reservations at Chef Mickeys for the same night at 7:05. Does this give us enough time to enjoy our meal or will we be too rushed?Should we do Chef Mickeys on a different day? Thanks!

    Ahoy Laura,

We just recently set sail on the Pirate and Pals cruise and we had a great time. Pirate Patch was a great host and the view of Wishes was superb.

I think you are in great shape with both your Chef Mickey reservations and your pirate cruise. We have found that our table service reservations typically take around 75-90 minutes. The great advantage here is Chef Mickey's is a buffet and the food is already prepared and ready so the wait times are cut down.

Since you will already be in the Contemporary Resort for dinner, you will simply need to head to the correct level where the Pirate party is beginning on that evening. The check in time for the party is 8:45, however after checking in, guests have about ten to fifteen minutes before the party actually begins. This will give you a few extra minutes just in case you are running a little late. I would make sure you arrive at Chef Mickey's a little early to get checked in. You want to make sure that you are seated as close to your reservation time as possible so you are not rushed.

Hope you and your crew have a magical voyage!
