Can I reschedule my trip for another week?

    Hello Jessica!

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! We are thrilled to help you with your upcoming vacation!

We have all had unexpected changes to our schedule that require us to move things around a bit. Luckily, it's fairly simple to make changes to your reservation if you booked directly through Walt Disney World.

It looks like you are not visiting until July 2022, so there shouldn't be any cancellation fees, as you can modify your reservation online with no penalty up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. Simply visit the Walt Disney World website, login to your My Disney Experience account, and scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." From there, you will see your reservation and you can click on "Change Reservation." You can then select new dates or a different Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. If there is any difference in price, you will be alerted to this change when you check out.

If you are looking for a suggestion on alternate dates to visit the most magical place in the world, consider visiting in the fall. I love the fall decorations (especially the Mickey Mouse pumpkins) and the fun Halloween events! Last year the Disney After Hours Boo Bash was a blast!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
