    Leah,

I would make sure you check on the pricing of this, and make sure that you really are saving money. You may not find that all the promotions work in conjunction with each other. You are probably good, but I always caution making such changes until you have calculated out all the math.

As for choosing between Caribbean Beach Resort and Port Orleans French Quarter, I will say that both are going to be great. So no sadness if you don't get the one that you initially request. But if asked to choose, I would always go with Port Orleans French Quarter in this set of choices. Even though you have younger kids (like I do) and are probably not going to use the water taxi to Downtown Disney a whole lot, it is still a wonderful feature to have. And I generally like the theming there quite a bit. Between that and the adjacent Port Orleans Riverside you have a lot of wonderful in-resort activities and exploration areas to enjoy!

    I hope that this helps?

    Have a magical vacation!
