    Hello! I have a res to make a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop next week. I read recently that the protective carry bags were out of stock, and that Savi’s was merely offering plastic to carry home the saber. Are these padded saber bags available now? Thx!

    I did receive a transmission that a few months back, Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers had run out of their supply of carrying cases for custom lightsabers for a short time.  As a clandestine operation, I'm sure you can imagine that from time to time, the Resistance runners delivering supplies to Savi's Workshop have a hard time evading detection by the First Order and are sometimes detained.  Their cargo transport must have found a new trade route, as I am happy to report that during my recent trip to the planet Batuu, I observed many other travelers carrying their custom lightsabers in the padded cases of which you speak.

    Should you encounter any Stormtroopers during your visit, be sure not to reveal the location of Savi's Workshop.  I have observed them sometimes questioning travelers in the vicinity of the marketplace in Black Spire Outpost, so be wary.  The Resistance is counting on you.  Ignite the Spark!
