John from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Am I required to show proof of vaccination or negative test. Since LA county is requiring proof of vaccination starting October 7th.

    Hi John,

Welcome to planDisney! Ohmygoodness...your magical Disneyland Resort adventure starts tomorrow! I bet you're practically bursting with excitement and anticipation!

At this point, Disney's health policy has not changed. The state of California is strongly recommending that all Guests either be fully vaccinated or have received a negative COVID-19 test before entering the theme parks. However, Cast Members will not ask Guests to provide proof of either upon arrival. All Guests will be asked to abide by the Health Acknowledgement (found on the helpful Returning to a Land of Magic page) as well as comply with the face-coverings policy, which currently requires masks in indoor locations for all Guests ages two and up, regardless of vaccination status. The goal is to keep Cast Members and Guests as safe and healthy as possible!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, John. I hope you enjoy all of the spooktacular Halloween touches and get to try some frighteningly fun seasonal snacks during your visit! I'm sending pixie dust that you have a truly magical time at the Disneyland Resort!
