    I have requested a rewards card for my Disney points with Visa, but it will not be here in time for me to pay the balance on my vacation package. What are my options for using my points towards my vacation package?

    I am sure I am not the final authority on this, but I am a regular user of the Chase card for points. I think that because they are points coming from your bank, not really from Disney, that you have to find a way to get that card into your hands while you are on your vacation. If there is a way to request an expedited shipment of the card from Chase, or to have someone at home intercept and overnight it to your hotel, that is the only real way to use them this time around.

    I have used the card many times, and you do have to have it in your hands when you use it at Disney. It is not something Disney can expedite, since you are really ordering it from Chase, not Disney.

    BOTTOM LINE: If you can't get it forwarded to you, I would call your Chase bank to ask them what the options are. I don't think this is an area where Disney can provide a solution, but the bank might. Good luck!
