I have requested an allergy cleaning of our room at Pop. My son has asthma, but this is our first trip since he was diagnosed. Can you please tell me what the allergy cleaning includes so I know if I need to request something special. Thanks!

Hi, Erin!  The VIP cleaning, intended for people that have special medical conditions, makes sure that anything that can be done to remove potentially serious allergens is done.  You can absolutely be specific in your requests, but you will usually find that carpets are deep cleaned  and draperies are steam cleaned.  Linens (including bedspreads and towels) are washed in detergent safe for those with allergies (no fragrance or dyes), and there is a much more thorough, extensive dusting, over and above the excellent job that is already done.

The mousekeepers at Walt Disney World already do an amazing job, but if there is a risk of a life threatening reaction to allergens, the VIP cleaning will do all that can be done to ensure that your son is in the best possible environment.

    Have a great vacation!
