Hiya, Lawanna! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Can you believe that you're only a few weeks away from your vacation to
The Most Magical Place on Earth? You're coming at the most wonderful time of year with cooler temperatures and a whisper of the holidays in the air. To add an extra dash of pixie dust on your already-magical trip, be sure to check out the
holiday favorites returning to Walt Disney World Resort this year!
Lawanna, I think you're going to love calling
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort "home" during your visit! When looking at the
room types for this resort, I'm seeing the options as "Standard Room" and "Preferred Room" without specific details of selecting a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds, in particular. With that being said, I think your best next step would be to reach out to a Cast Member and put in a request for what kind of sleeping arrangements you're hoping for. Please know that this can't always be guaranteed, but Cast Members will do everything they can to accommodate your requests! However, I can tell you that I've stayed in a variety of rooms with different sleeping arrangements and layouts, and I've found that each style has its own unique perks. Whether you end up with a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds, you're sure to have a comfortable rest that even Sleeping Beauty would be envious of!
You can contact a Cast Member in a few different ways! You can
call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 or use the Chat feature in the
My Disney Experience app. To do this, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, scroll down a bit, and tap "Chat With Us." Leave a message for a Cast Member that explains your request, and be sure to include your reservation number so they can easily locate your information. They'll get back to you as soon as they're able and add this request to your reservation!
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction, Lawanna! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. Remember - you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
