Can I request a Spanish speaking wait staff, to accommodate my parents?

Welcome aboard, Mildred! It sounds like you will be setting off on a multi-generational cruise with Disney! What fun! We've traveled with just my immediate family, but also a few times with extended family, including the kids' grandparents and have had such amazing experiences, I'm sure you will too!

Give Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532. You can chat with one of the agents there and ask them to add a request and note to your reservation. Though Disney cannot guarantee all requests for dining, they do their best to accommodate them. Let them know your parents only speak Spanish, and hopefully you'll find that you are assigned a Spanish speaking service team. We've requested particular servers, particular rotations and seating arrangements in the past and they've always been great about attempting to fulfill our requests. Again, it is not guaranteed, but once you are onboard, I'm sure you'll find that your service team is wonderful! Ours always have been.

Have fun as you continue to plan your cruise, Mildred. I'm happy to help with other questions if you have any before you set sail!
