How do I request a room close to the front lobby and larger pool at All Star Music. Checking in April 19th. Thanks.

    Hi Joyce!

I love staying close to the main pools and front lobbies at Disney's All-Star Resorts, especially when I have a refillable resort mug!  We always enjoy going to the dining area to get a cool drink in the afternoon or a yummy hot chocolate before bed, and if you are near Intermission Food Court, you can do just that!  The best way to guarantee having a room that is closer to the main pool, shopping areas, dining options, and front lobby is to make a reservation for a Preferred Room.  At Disney's All-Star Music Resort, these rooms are located closer to Melody Hall, the resort dining options, and Calypso Pool!

If you have already booked a room that is not a Preferred Room, it is still possible to get a room closer to the front lobby and main pool, but there is no guarantee.  If you booked your reservation through the Walt Disney World Resort, you can contact the reservation experts at 407-560-2428 to add the request to your reservation.  Also, when you check in for your reservation at the front desk, you can request a room closer to the lobby.  The Cast Members will do everything they can to make sure you are happy.  Just remember, getting a certain type of room is always subject to availability.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
