    When can you and how do you request a room assignment prior to arrival. Staying at PO Riverside. What section/building is ususal for 2 Adults and 2 Children? Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Theresa,

    Port Orleans is one of my favoitive resorts!  I like to stay in the Mansions in Magnolia Bend.  They are close to the main building and transportation.

    I would make this request when I book my reservations as well as again at check -in.  However, there is no guarantee that they will be able to honor your request but they will try.
