Can you request for a rocking chair in your hotel room? We are staying in the dvc beach club villas.

Hey, Diana! Oh how I love the bright and beachy nature of Disney's Beach Club Resort. Even living not far from the Jersey shore, it's so nice to be in the tranquil beauty of this DVC property.

There are rocking chairs throughout Walt Disney World. To get one in your room, though, you will want to call and rent one from a place like Baby's Best Friend. Located not far from the resorts, they can deliver the chair to your resort room or villa, and they will pick it up at the end of your stay.

Disney's Baby Care Centers also have rocking chairs, and you don't have to have a baby with you to use them. I took my dad a few times into the centers to give him a respite from the warm sun in a comfortable setting.

    Enjoy a magical vacation!
