Can I request a microwave in our room at the Grand Floridian to use during our stay?

Hello there, Angie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and submit your Walt Disney World Resort question!

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of the most striking Disney Resort hotels on property! The indulgent Victorian style seen throughout the space and the relaxing atmosphere felt throughout its grounds always brings to mind all of the wonder and awe I felt as I child. You truly do feel like royalty whenever visiting this gorgeous Disney Resort hotel!

You most certainly are welcome to request a microwave for your stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! It should be noted, though, that microwaves are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are never guaranteed. I would recommend reaching out to the resort prior to your arrival and making your request known. This may assist you in having your request met.

You may also use the microwaves available at the Quick-Service location, Gasparilla Island Grill, located in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This casual eatery has both microwaves and toasters available for Guests to use during their stay.

I hope this information assists you in continuing to plan for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
