    Kaylyn from AR Asked

Can I request key cards to my Disney World resort room from the front desk during my stay?

    Hey there, Kaylyn!

I am getting ready to head to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and while I am all packed, if I do forget my handy-dandy MagicBand, I know that I have a few options to get into my hotel room.

The first option is to pick up a Key to the World card at the front desk. To get a Key to the World card, you will need to verify the reservation room number and last name, and you may need to provide a photo ID. This card can be used to get into your room as well as to charge items to your rooms.

The second option is to enter your room with your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Simply click on "My Resort" and "Unlock Door."

Kaylyn, if you do not have a MagicBand, you can also take advantage of Disney MagicMobile. This service will allow you to enter the theme parks and get your Memory Maker photos added to your account with just a tap of your phone. Check out the My Disney Experience Mobile App for more details.

    See you real soon!
