how can i request a ground floor room at pop century? i'm sure it used to be an option in the drop down in the past. it isn't there as an option but we would really really prefer ground floor.

    Hi Nicole!

I'm excited to hear you'll be staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort. It has always been my favorite value resort, and the recent addition of the Disney Skyliner is a huge bonus. Guests are really loving this new transportation!

With the Disney Skyliner, you'll be just a few minutes away from Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Just hop on a gondola, and you'll be treated to a bird's eye view of Walt Disney World as you travel through the skies. Keep a look out for your favorite Disney, Marvel and Pixar characters too. They'll be traveling the skies with you on the passing gondolas!

The best way to add a room request to your Walt Disney World reservation is to call (407) 939-1936. Once you connect with a Cast Member, you can let them know that you'd prefer to have a ground floor room. While room requests cannot be guaranteed, Walt Disney World will do their best to honor your preferences.

Have a great trip! Be sure to let the Disney Parks Moms Panel know if we can help you with any additional planning details!
