Heigh-Ho Maria,
I’m sorry to hEAR you are having a Walt Disney World ticket conundrum and one we need to get solved. We here, at planDisney, do not have access to Guest information and so your next step is to speak to a Cast Member. At your earliest convenience call (407) 566-4985, Cast Members are currently handling a high call volume. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. and I recommend rising bright and early to make your call, a Cast Member will assist you as soon as they can.
Prior to calling, and if you have not already done so, make a
My Disney Experience profile and download the
mobile app. This is your Walt Disney World vacation hub. Guests can monitor their Disney Resort Collection hotel vacation package or room reservation, purchase/link/upgrade Walt Disney World Tickets, make/cancel
Disney Park Pass Reservations, utilize the
Disney MagicMobile service, research/reserve advanced table-service dining reservations, make
mobile food and beverage orders, stay up to date on attractions wait-times and that’s just a little bit of what this handy-dandy pixie-dusted tool can do for you. Prior to your arrival become comfortable navigating My Disney Experience both online and with your mobile app, and after speaking to a Cast Member, kindly ask them to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience. Your Walt Disney World tickets can then be easily found and accessed simply by heading to your personal vacation hub.
If we can help with any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries feel free to ask and have a look at our
Panel Extras for some Walt Disney World vacation planning tips. In the meantime, the
Disney Parks Blog will keep you up to date with exciting news and check out our Instagram

Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
