What would you request in the contemporary resort, a room in a higher floor or one opposite to chef mickeys?

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for stopping by with another question! Our family has stayed at Disney's Contemporary Resort several times and had very different experiences depending on where our room was located. From these experiences I would suggest a room on a higher floor away from Chef Mickey's. The first time I ever stayed at the Contemporary was on a solo business trip. My room was on one of the higher floors overlooking Bay Lake and I never heard any noises outside of my room. On the other hand, during a family stay on a floor opposite Chef Mickey's, we were awoken to the music from it each morning. With young children staying in a room away from that noise would be beneficial. I hope this helps!

Please let me know if I can assist you with any other questions regarding your next visit to Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
