    Is there any way to request a club/concierge level access for our room without having to call on the phone?

    Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you're preparing for a spectacular visit to the Disneyland Resort and I like the way that you think! Staying in a Club level room at one of the official Disneyland Resort Hotels is the perfect way to plus your visit and add a level of comfort and luxury to your stay. Depending on your Hotel, you'll have access to the Beach Comber Club at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, the E-Ticket Club at the Disneyland Hotel, or the Craftsman Club at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. 

    When you make your online booking through the Disneyland website and select a room category, Whitney, look specifically for Standard View - Club Level or Premium View - Club Level. These rooms already have Club Level access attached to them and you would not have to call ahead to request the upgrade. Club Level access also comes with booking a Signature Suite as well. However, if your reservations are already made, you would need to call Hotel Reservations to speak to a Cast Member and, if available, request an upgrade to Club Level.
