Hello, Karen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney Word Resort vacation!

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has one of my absolute favorite themes across Walt Disney World Resort! I could spend hours simply touring Animation Hall and taking in all of the gorgeous art that covers its walls. The range of Guest rooms available is also staggering. Guests can find themselves staying inside the worlds of Cars, Finding Nemo, The Lion King, or The Little Mermaid! Where else in the world is this possible? I would also highly recommend stopping by the quick-service dining location, Landscape of Flavors, and trying some of their unique eats during your stay!

The Little Mermaid section of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort includes buildings seven, eight, and nine. If you would like to be closer to Animation Hall, I would recommend requesting a room in either building seven or building nine. You can do this by calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936. A Cast Member will then be able to make a note of your room request on your reservation. It should be noted that room requests are never guaranteed, though Cast Members will try their best to fulfill your request!

If you have any other room requests, I would also suggest utilizing the Online Check-In service available through My Disney Experience. Here, you will be able to make requests regarding which floor your room is on and other specifics regarding room placement.

Have fun continuing to plan you upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
