    Hello! Is there a way to request a certain building ahead of time at PO-R? And, do the buses stop at the South or West stop first on pick up?

    Hi Sheri,

    Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a stunning, sprawling resort located conveniently a short boat ride away from Disney Springs! I just know that you will adore your stay.

    There are two methods to request a particular area within your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The first, and easiest, is to make up to two selections during your Online Check-In process through your My Disney Experience Account. Then, once you are within 5-days from your Resort hotel arrival, you can send a fax to your Resort hotel requesting a particular building. Please keep in mind that while Cast Members love to meet all Guest expectations, requests cannot be guaranteed.

    Buses bound for any of the four incredible theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort generally stop at the Riverside West Stop, then Riverside North, followed by Riverside East, and finally Riverside South before heading out for adventure.
