How do I request adjoining rooms?

    Heigh-Ho Abigail,

I love helping Guests who are gEARing up for a Walt Disney World vacation and immersing yourself in The Magic, by staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel, is next level.

From my experience, it is best to put your request in for adjoining rooms sooner than later. And while it is never guaranteed Cast Members try their best to accommodate. There are two ways to reach out to a Cast Member. The first is an online request form Guests can fill out. In the Subject choose Disney Resort Hotel Reservation and provide the Resort Reservation Number(s) in the body of the message so a Cast Member can reference your information easily. The second is calling (407) 939-1936 and speaking to a Cast Member about your request. They will put a note in your reservation. I recommend calling your Disney Resort Collection hotel a couple of days before arrival to confirm your request is still noted. Your resort phone number can be found on the Overview page located on the right-hand side under the address.

As you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation have a look at our Panel Extras for more Vacation Tips and feel free to ask us anything. Transportation to and fro? Best Roller Coasters that aren’t too wild and crazy? Favorite Must-Try snacks? What can kids do around Epcot’s World Showcase? You have a Disney question, we have a Disney Answer.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
