Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rebecca! Your Walt Disney World visit is coming up soon! We are glad you brought your question to us today.
Walt Disney World Resort has implemented a combination of
health and safety measures, including capacity limits and physical distancing. These safety measures extend to Walt Disney World Resort transportation, including
bus transportation. Guests boarding buses are assigned to seating zones, with some seats blocked off to promote physical distancing and partitions installed between zones. Zones will not be shared by more than one party.
In my experience, bus wait times can vary greatly due to any number of factors. During this initial
reopening period, theme park capacity will be significantly limited.
Disney Park Pass reservations are required for theme park entry. Park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability. Although Guest capacity has been reduced on buses, there are also fewer Guests requiring transportation to and from the theme parks than there have been in the past. To be on the safe side, always allow more time than you think you need to reach your destination.
I have attached this "
Know Before You Go" guide for your convenience. Please feel free to stop by the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have. We are always happy to help.
