Hi there, Sue! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney.
I'm glad you are pre-planning for your
mobility needs during your upcoming visit, and you are visiting during my favorite time of the year at the land! The weather is perfect, and you are beating the holiday rush, but that magical feeling is not only in the air, but all around you as the
holiday decorations will be up!
Since you indicated that you'll have your
ECVs at the hotel, you're either bringing your own or renting through Disney's featured provider, which is great! The standard rooms in the resort can easily accommodate one or two ECVs with a bit of creative rearranging of the furniture and utilizing the elevated beds for luggage storage. But, if you feel like you're Jaq & Gus, with too many bulky things around, your best option is arranging for one of the ECVs to be stored at Bell Services overnight, as personal belongings such as ECVs, luggage, or strollers aren't allowed to be stored overnight in the hotel hall. When you arrive at the hotel, connect with the
Front Desk, and they will be happy to arrange overnight parking during your stay.
You are welcome to use your ECV throughout the parks, Downtown Disney District, your
resort property, as well as on the complimentary transportation (which I suggest you use, as there is a monorail stop super close to your hotel that will drop you off in Tomorrowland!). If you need to charge your ECV while in the parks, there is a charging station at the Stroller Station right next to Disneyland Park's Main Entrance Gate. You can also use outlets outside
Quick Service locations for a quick charge while you rest and recharge yourself!
Sue, you know where to find us if you have any other questions. I wish you a
magical visit!
