Hi Brittany,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
Now it's time to say goodbye...leaving is always the worst part of a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation, isn't it?
I am a Central Florida local and Orlando International Airport (also known as MCO) is my home airport. I recommend giving yourself thirty minutes to an hour for traffic, plus two to three hours for dropping off your rental car, checking any luggage you may have, airline check-in, security, taking the tram to your terminal, and finding your airport gate. If you have a service such as Clear or TSA Pre-check, you can often cut that time by a bit but I'm always a "better safe than sorry" type and arrive early so I don't miss my flight. Security lines at MCO can be lengthy depending on the time of day; the official Orlando Airport website gives an estimate of security wait line times.

Brittany, please come back and visit us again with any additional questions.
Best Wishes,
