Hi Shauna,
Thanks for stopping by with your question. I'm happy to assist! First, I'd recommend speaking with a Cast Member stationed by where you last parked the rental stroller to see if it was moved. My kids are no longer stroller-aged, but we did have our stroller relocated on quite a few past visits. This can happen if the stroller parking area gets too congested or needs to be neatened up for safety or efficiency. I had a brief moment of panic the first time, but my fears were quickly squashed when a helpful Cast Member showed us where our stroller had been relocated. It's also possible that another guest took yours mistakenly since the Disney Parks strollers all look the same.
If you've already reached out to a nearby Cast Member and are still unable to locate the stroller you'll want to head back to the
Stroller Rental area to speak with the team there. I can't say whether they will issue a refund or provide you with a new stroller but I'm almost certain they will have a quick and magical solution for you. I'd also recommend speaking with
Guest Relations about any items you had stored in the stroller. They can guide you on how to submit a
Lost and Found request if necessary.
If you rented your stroller from a third-party provider you'll need to contact them directly for additional instructions. On a past visit to Disneyland Resort, our rental had a bit of a mechanical failure but the company was able to bring us a replacement later that evening.
Shauna, I hope this is the only hiccup in your otherwise magical day. If we can answer any additional questions please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
