Hi, Andrea, and welcome to
Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for visiting us with your wonderful question!
Yes, you can certainly
rent a stroller at the
Magic Kingdom Park. The current prices are (*prices always subject to change without prior notice) $15.00 for a single stroller for one day and $13.00 if you rent for the entire length of stay. If you are looking to rent a double stroller, you will pay $31.00 for one day or $27.00 per day, if you choose to rent for the entire length of your stay. Note that strollers can be rented at the entrance of all four theme parks and at Disney Springs but they are not available at water parks. The stroller shop is located under the train station at the Magic Kingdom Park. Use the entrance to the right and the stroller rental will be on your left once you're in the tunnel.
Disney strollers are made of hard plastic. They are light and relatively easy to maneuver, they do not recline but they come with wide canopies that offer great protection from the sun. We used to bring a blanket or beach towel to provide some padding and so that the plastic doesn't feel that hard. The single strollers can hold up to 50 lbs and I would say they are fantastic for a toddler or older child but not for a small baby.
Keep in mind, Andrea, that in addition to stroller rental locations across Walt Disney World Resort, several private companies in the area also offer stroller rentals (see below)
-Magic Strollers: (866) 866-6177
-Orlando Stroller Rentals: (800) 281-0884
-Kingdom Strollers: (407) 271-5301
I hope this information has helped clarify a bit. Please come back with more and more questions!
See ya real soon!
