When you rent a golf cart at fort wilderness, can you park it at the restaurants while you eat? Also can it be parked at the main outpost or the boat loading dock in the am while you go to the parks that way when you get back you just hop in your cart.

    Howdy David!

Welcome back to Camp Disney Parks Moms Panel.  You can leave your horse in the stable when you visit Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground!  The best way to get around this ranch is by golf cart.  I am happy that you are planning to rent one during your stay!

There are designated golf cart parking locations, including two large parking lots on each side of the resort.  One is located at the Outpost where you can catch complimentary bus transportation to the theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs.  You can also park here to visit the Tri-Circle-D Ranch or the Reception Outpost for help during your stay.

The second large golf cart parking lot is located near the Settlement Depot and Pioneer Hall.  This will give you access to the resort restaurants, Settlement Trading Post and complimentary boat transportation to Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Contemporary Resort.

For a little extra fun, and to easily identify your golf cart when you return from a day at the parks, bring a few items to decorate your cart!  Items must not be permanent, but flags and ribbons can be tied on as long as they can be removed when you return the cart.

Circle back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions before you arrive at the ranch for your rustic adventure!

    See ya real soon!  Angie
