    Can you rent computers or do they have an area in the resort where they are available to use?

    Nikki,

    The easiest way to get to a computer for rent is to find one of the resort hotels that has a business center. Those are pretty much always at the convention hotels. 

    I have used one before at the Coronado Springs, in a Ricoh Business Center. Centers are located in the Yacht and Beach Club, BoardWalk Inn, Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and as mentioned before, the Coronado Springs. The Dolphin and Swan also have centers I have used before during meetings, though they are run by someone else.
