    We want to rent a cabana for our cruise in 2013. However, I cannot find a good map showing numbers and locations. Photographs make the cabanas look as if they are set back from the water. Are any close to the water?

    It is wonderful to hear from you again!  The lower number cabanas are closer to the Castaway Family Beach and the higher ones are closer to the adult beach, Serenity Bay.  If you have children the lower number cabanas are conveniently located to Cookies Too (the island buffet) and the restroom.  They are set back from the water to insure privacy, but the walk is not too far.  There are also chaise loungers and beach chairs with umbrellas down by the water for when you are ready to soak in the sun!  No matter which one you reserve, you will thoroughly enjoy having the private area to rest and relax during your time on the island!
