Greetings Fellow Massachusettsan!
We moved from Boston to Florida two yEARs ago, and while I love living close to The Mouse, I miss Dunkin Donuts and fall leaves!
So let's talk about the car seat first. Florida law requires every child under the age of three to be in a car seat, and kiddos ages four and five must be in a car seat or booster. I'm assuming you are flying in to visit and staying at
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, so you have a few options. If you are
renting a car, you will either need to rent a car seat through the rental company or have a car seat delivered to you at the airport. I did a quick google search, and there are a few rental companies that will gladly bring a car seat to the airport (as well as your Resort hotel). If you are using
a car service to get to the Resort, indicate your need for a car seat on your reservation and the driver will come prepared.
For
the stroller, you also have a couple of options. You can
rent a stroller through Walt Disney World. Single-day, and length of stay rentals (which are discounted) are available at each of the Theme Parks and
Disney Springs. Disney also has a list of Featured Providers from whom you can rent. They will drop off your rental at your Resort hotel and pick it up the day of your departure. We have used Kingdom Strollers several times and have been very happy with their products and service!
Now on to food! We recently stayed at your hotel and loved both the convenience (it's a short boat ride or walk to both
Epcot and
Disney's Hollywood Studios) and
the variety of dining options. There are several restaurants on the property that have healthy food options, but we particularly loved
Fresh Mediterranean Market for breakfast. You can customize an omelet, have a warm paleo cereal, or even energize with fresh-pressed ginger juice!
Deepti, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back.
Enjoy your vacation!
