Hi, Koree! I usually have groceries and other supplies delivered to us during our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. There are numerous services that can handle this chore for you. We have used local companies, such as Garden Grocer, as well as national services, such as Instacart and Amazon Prime Now. They are all great options and I have nothing but compliments for them.
When placing an order with a grocery delivery service, you will use your Disney Resort Hotel's address as the delivery location and add "c/o your name," as well as your check-in date. The company will then deliver the order to either your resort's
Bell Services or arrange a specific time to meet you in the lobby of the resort. All Bell Services have a cold storage area to keep any items that require a bit of a chill. Once you are checked into your room, you may either pick up the order at Bell Services or use your in-room phone to call them for delivery. Note that if you do have Bell Services deliver to your room, there will be a fee added to your guest folio, which is $6 at this time. This fee is subject to change at any time and does not include gratuity.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is undergoing quite a magical enhancement at this time. There will be sections of the resort closed off during your January visit. From what I understand, they are closing whole buildings off as they work, so it should not interfere with your stay (and your need for rest before and after the race!).
I hope you have a magical day and please let us know if you have any other questions!
