    When renewing an annual pass does it start the day you renew or does it start on your first visit of the renewal

    Hello, Anthony! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    As a renewing Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder, your renewal date will remain the same as your current expiration date (as long as you renew within 30 days of your expiration). Unlike when you initially purchase your Annual Pass (where your start date is the date of activation rather than the date of purchase), that activation date remains in effect for the life of your Pass (when renewing within the stipulated window).

    Have you seen the exciting Special Offers for Annual Passholders right now? My family and I will be visiting next weekend for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but we definitely plan to make our way over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for some of the special Annual Passholder options there. Additionally, we’ll be back in November where we’ll enjoy some of the Annual Passholder perks during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, too.
