    I renewed my pass on 4/19/2014 but I have not received my card for parking. how do I get a new gold discount card with parking?

    Hi Sam,

    I received my annual pass parking card in the mail when I ordered my pass holder MagicBand (it was hidden in the box under the bands). If you've already ordered your pass holder MagicBand, try taking apart your box to look.

    Otherwise I suggest that you call the Disney Annual Pass office directly. They can be reached at 407-560-PASS or 407-827-7200. They will be able to help you track down your parking card or instruct you how to get a new one.
