Yes, you will be able to use your
Disney Dining Card at Goofy's Kitchen even if it's stored in your mobile phone's digital wallet. I often store my Disney Gift Cards or Disney Dining Cards on my phone so I always have them with me! When you are presented with your check at the end of your meal, I would let the Cast Member know that your Disney Dining Card is stored on your mobile phone. They will either be able to bring a mobile scanner over to your table for payment, or in the past, I have given them my phone for a few minutes to scan at their computer.
