Adam from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We renewed our annual passes and it’s me my wife our daughter and the girls were able to go and I wasn’t able to go because of Covid, and I don’t believe I will make it before my pass expires, can it be carried over to next year ?

Hi there, Adam! We appreciate you reaching out to our planDisney team with your question. I'll be happy to help!

First of all, thank you for being a valued part of the Annual Passholder family! Typically, a new Annual Pass is not activated until you first use it to enter a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park. However, since they were renewals, it sounds like your Annual Pass would only be good through the existing expiration date. But to be sure, I suggest reaching out to the Annual Passholder team by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277, and perhaps they can make an exception.

I know this is probably not the answer you were hoping to hear, but I sincerely hope you'll be able to make it to The Most Magical Place on Earth before your pass expires. Currently, there are discounts on select Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms for Passholders, so it would be a fantastic time to plan a visit (check the Special Offers page for terms and conditions). The 50th Anniversary Celebration will continue throughout the year, and there are a few new things for you to see and do. Remy's Ratatouille Adventure is a family-friendly 4D attraction that opened in EPCOT last fall. I'm also super excited for the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coming to EPCOT this summer;  it features the first ever reverse-launch on a Disney coaster!

I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that you get a pixie-dusted solution, Adam. Please write back if there's anything else I can do. Take care!
