When is my renewal date and where can I cancel my annual pass

    Hi Joyce!

Welcome to planDisney! As a fellow Annual Passholder, I’m happy to help you out.

The easiest way to find out when your Annual Pass will expire is to look at your ticket details online or on your My Disney Experience app

To find this information online, go to Walt Disney World’s website, click My Disney Experience, then scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. From there, you’ll see your Annual Pass expiration date when you click Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker.

If you want to look on your app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner then click My Tickets & Passes. Your expiration date will be listed under your Annual Pass.

At this time, you can’t cancel an Annual Pass. But if you decide not to renew your Annual Pass, you can simply just let it expire, as it won’t automatically renew.

If you end up changing your mind, you can renew your Annual Pass with a special renewal benefit (subject to change) anywhere from 60 days prior to the expiration date up until 30 days after the expiration date.

In the meantime, I hope you can put that Annual Pass to use and take advantage of some of the perks that come along with it! We’ll see you real soon!
