Hello there, Carrolynne!
Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you taking the time to stop by with a question! I always love saying hi to a fellow Magic Key Holder. I've had my Magic Key since the program's inception and I've been so happy to be able to visit the Disneyland Resort whenever I want. I'm sure that my Pass has nearly paid for itself by now, with all the benefits and
discounts that come with it!
You will be eligible to
renew your
Magic Key Pass up to 30 days before its expiration date. Please do not let that date slip by, because late renewals are not allowed and sales of new Magic Keys can be unpredictable. When you do renew your Magic Key, you will essentially see what appears to be two Magic Keys in your account. Everything associated with your old Magic Key will remain intact, such as any upcoming
reservations you might have, and you'll still have full benefits of that Key until it expires. Once it does, your new Magic Key Pass will take over and you'll only be able to make reservations under that Key moving forward.
Have you had the chance to stop by the
Magic Key Terrace in Disney California Adventure? I love taking my friends there to enjoy a relaxed meal and being able to enjoy a nice respite from the crowds. You should get a pretty good view of the new
San Fransokyo Square from there as well! Be sure to check the Magic Key Portal within the
Disneyland Mobile App whenever you visit because you never know what you'll find. I've gotten some of my favorite souvenirs that way!
Carrolynne, I hope that this was helpful for you. Please feel free to stop by again if you need anything else. You're always welcome at planDisney! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
