    Where do I renew pass

Hiya, Laura, and welcome to planDisney from a fellow Floridian! And as an Annual Passholder, too, I'm excited to hear you've enjoyed your pass so much that you're ready to bring on another year of magic at Walt Disney World Resort. Since your visit is coming soon, let's jump in to see how you can renew your pass.

My panelist pal Aena recently answered a similar question, so you might find her suggestions helpful. First, remember that to renew or upgrade your pass, you must be within your renewal window from 60 days before your pass expires to 30 days after it expires. If you're within that window, you should see the option to renew online when you log in and visit the Annual Passholder Renewal Page.

In addition to renewing online, you can call the Annual Passholders line or renew in person at any Guest Relations location. If you're considering upgrading to a different pass level, you need to do that online or in person.

I hope you've taken advantage of the Annual Passholder perks and discounts. I've saved quite a bit using my discount at restaurants and on merchandise in the theme parks. You can't have too many Disney backpacks! And I'm excited about the newly announced passholder benefits for early summer, Laura. For example, starting on May 31, Annual Passholders can pick up an exclusive Figment Magnet at EPCOT. That magnet alone is worth planning a visit!

Laura, I'm waving my magic wand so you'll have the most magical time on your upcoming trip. So get that pass renewed and enjoy the benefits of being in the club that's made for you and me! And please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
