If I renew now, 2 months early will my monthly rate also change imminently or will it be the same until my new pass kicks in (renewing into a higher tier) thanks

Hiya, Jessi, and welcome to planDisney! As a fellow Annual Passholder and Floridian, I'll be happy to help you. My renewal window is also coming soon, so let's research how we can seamlessly keep enjoying the magic at Walt Disney World Resort.

I spoke to a Cast Member on the Annual Passholders line, and he suggested you give them a call to walk through your options for renewing and possibly upgrading your pass. Once you're within your 60-day renewal window, your choices will depend on your payment plan and what add-ons you want to purchase.

But in general, if you upgrade to a new pass, you will be prompted to pay the difference at that time, and your monthly payments will typically remain the same. Depending on when you do this, you might have a month or two of overlapping payments since you're essentially creating a second contract. But the Cast Members can better address this based on your specific situation.

One of my favorite perks of being a passholder is the Disney PhotoPass Downloads option. Since I visit throughout the year, this feature pays for itself after a couple of visits. I love the quality and variety of the photos the PhotoPass photographers capture. It's the perfect way to remember the magic!

Jessi, I'm sending pixie dust and Florida sunshine so you'll get the Annual Pass of your dreams. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
